Description

As a home administration volunteer, you support people to put their money matters in order. In one go or regularly, whatever is needed. The aim is for participants to eventually be able to get on with things themselves. What do you do?

  • Together, you go through the mail and make an overview of income and expenses
  • Moreover, you can check which schemes participants are eligible for via " That Applies to Me"
  • You explain difficult letters from agencies
  • If necessary, you will support participants in making arrangements.
  • In case of debt relief, you will collect documents and information together for the Kredietbank.
